Your details, explained.

This is a website preview prepared for the agency’s review. The preview publisher stores form submissions to test and review the enquiry flow. They are not emailed to Génios and no viewing is booked by this form.

What we store

Your name, email, optional phone number, message, language, buying or selling intent, property reference and submission time. Access is limited to the preview publisher through the server’s administrative access. No public enquiry list exists.

Retention and deletion

Preview enquiries expire after 30 days and are deleted by the daily cleanup. Keep your private confirmation reference: it lets you delete your enquiry below. Do not share that reference.

Cookies and third-party links

This preview uses no advertising trackers, analytics or optional cookies. Language is selected through the page URL. Opening Instagram or your email app is your choice; those services have their own privacy policies. The hosting service may retain operational access logs for security.

Before production launch, the agency must approve its legal identity, AMI licence, controller and privacy contact, and connect the final enquiry delivery service.
